Meet Jason Waters Sr.
President/CEO
Real Estate (RE) has become my life. I’ve been involved in RE since I was young kid helping my parents manage their town home. Between cutting grass, painting, and repairing damages left by tenants I’ve seen the good and the bad RE can bring. I bought my first duplex in 2005 at the age of 22 in Milwaukee WI. It was a great start for me in owning RE because it taught me how to manage a tenant and take care of a home. I saw the potential profit I could make in RE so in 2008 I purchased a 4 unit property to expand my income potential. With the ups and downs with owning RE I’m proud to say my units are all full, and I still own them to this day.
In 2006 I started my career in the mortgage industry and worked for various companies as a Mortgage Specialist. Those companies helped me understand the in’s and out of the mortgage business. I performed professionally and with integrity. I understood my responsibility to the people I served not to just work for a paycheck, but to work to the best of my abilities to help them better their situation. I carried the license of a Mortgage originator for about 2 years through the state WI.
Now, I’m currently the sole owner of Watersview Investments Group LLC., originated in 2018.

This 1920’s bungalow was severely outdated. We turn this inner city property into a modern functionable four bedroom one bath home. Our goal was to keep as much character in this project as possible. I believe we succeeded.
